Shipping and Payments

EU customers: Due to new guidelines, please be aware EU customers will be responsible to pay any VAT, customs duties fees and import taxes required to receive an order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When will my order ship?
Most orders will typically require 2-4 business days of processing time. Standard shipping time is 2-6 business days.

* Note: during normal holiday times (November - December), please anticipate up to 3-7 business days for your order to get shipped out.

* Shipping Update: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, as well as new shipping carrier restrictions, orders may experience an additional 5-10 business days of processing time as well as a shipping time of 5-10 business days. We sincerely apologize for this and thank you for your understanding.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS: We typically still start the shipping process for pre-ordered items several days prior to the release date. While it is our goal to get you your item on or as close to the release date, please be aware unexpected shipping delays may occur and we cannot guarantee a release date delivery.

I changed my mind about a pre-ordered item. Can I cancel it?
Once we print the shipping label for your preordered item, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible before the release date of your pre-ordered product.

What shipping options are available?
IFI's Online Store offers shipping via a variety of shipping carriers. For an optimal shipping time, our warehouse will choose the best method and carrier at the time an order is shipped. Each shipping fee will be based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination. For US customers, we offer free standard shipping for select products (First Class for shipments under 13 oz., and Priority for shipments over 13 oz.). We offer First Class International and Priority Mail International shipping options to our international customers. 

How do I know my order was shipped?
You will receive an email notification to the email address you provided once your order has shipped. You will receive the tracking number for your order as well. Please allow 1-3 business days (3-7 business days during November and December) for your order to be shipped out. It may take several business days for the tracking to begin to update.

What does each shipping method term mean?
Free Standard Shipping (US customers only): Free shipping will be offered to domestic customers with orders over $57.99. Depending on the weight of your order, it will be shipped via either First Class or Priority. 

First Class Shipping: For lighter-weight items, such as an acrylic charm

Priority Mail Shipping: For heavier items, such as a Limited Edition

First Class International and Priority Mail International services are available for international customers.
International shipping time will vary depending on the country.

* Please note that to ensure your order is delivered to you as fast as possible, the shipping on your order may ship with a different shipping service (UPS, FedEx, etc.) based on a per order basis. For international customers, please be aware there may be additional brokerage or import fees.

* California and Nevada residents: You may receive an email from Amazon Fulfillment when your order ships. This is another shipping options we may use in an effort for your package to arrive as fast as possible. Please track your package with the following website: (if the website does not open properly, try putting the tracking # after the "/tracking/"

I've moved since my preorder was placed. What should I do?
Not to worry! You can update your shipping address and other information on your account. However, if you moved a few days before an item’s release date, please contact Iffy's assistant at with your order number and new shipping address. For games, all shipping information is processed 5 - 6 days before the release date to ensure that the orders arrive on time.

*It is important that you change/update your shipping information at least a week before the release date.

Can I buy more than one Limited Edition?
IFI's Online Store is enforcing a one-per-customer policy to make our limited edition products available to as many people as possible. We have set up our store to restrict the purchase of multiple units of the same limited edition product. If any of the following scenarios occurs, we will cancel applicable orders without any further notice:

1. If the system fails for any reason, and allows a customer to purchase multiple copies of a limited edition item.
2. If we see purchase patterns suggesting that one customer is placing multiple orders.


What payment methods do you accept?
IFI's Online Store accepts PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you are using Prepaid cards or Gift cards please make sure that you have the necessary funds and your proper information registered to the card before using it for purchases. Please note that Prepaid cards and Gift cards may have issues with authorization due to the nature of the cards and can cause issues with order processing. We do not accept personal check or cash.

When will I get charged?
We will bill your order and charge your account at the time you place your order.

Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has been processed and charged and is currently being prepared to be shipped out.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped.
